It's always a pleasure to get out of Toronto, and an even greater one to get over to Detroit, to visit my a lovely who took me to do some awesome antiquing and exploring!
These photos were taken in the infamous Packard Plant, we were promptly asked to leave by a dumpling of a security guard who informed us that it is dangerous, and a "felony" to be in there. Also, he mentioned that "women, and even people too" have been assaulted in there, whatever that means. I did collect some broken tempered glass from the ground, which I intend to make into some jewelry pieces.
The famous and gloriously coloured Painted Lady Lounge!
Antique malls & markets are 100% cooler in Detroit than in and anywhere near or around Toronto.
My best all American pose in front of the gorgeous Michigan Central Station!
